For example:
DEFENSE ACQUISITION DESKBOOK WINS RETURN ON INVESTMENT CONTESTContest participants were judged by a panel of Army program managers whose primary objective was selecting the entry that best quantified its return on investment criteria. Contest coordinator Adelia Wardle said, "The Deskbook return on investment paper exceeded the requirements that we had levied. The Army's Small Computer Program models a small business and teamwork is our motto. Deskbook's team work effort in collecting their return on investment was the added criteria for selecting them as the winner."
