Ссылки на русский термин с тоннами объяснений на Гугле открываются десятками. С аналогами на английском плохо. Часто подчеркивается ecstatic nature, но прилагательное shamanistic на это как бы намекает по определению. Или надо расписывать.

: You can say POWWOW about the NA-Indians, but not about asian nations. Shamanic seance has a more exactly meaning.
