Portuguese term
Propriedade plena parte 1/1
Portuguese to English
Bus/Financial
Real Estate
Property Registration Document
Toward the bottom of a Caderneta Predial Rústica, under "Tipo de titular":
*Propriedade plena Parte 1/1*
I assume that this means the owner holds full title to the property, with no encumbrances or other interested parties, but what do we say in English?

: Parte 1/1 entendo com este sendo um lote único, o lote "1" de "1". http://forumdacasa.com/discussion/5418/questoes-e-mais-quest...

: "whole ownership" (include quotes when googling the full term) has 27500 google hits; "full ownership" has 554.000 google hits. I don't know if there is a difference in meaning between both though.

they could have the same meaning the only difference being one term more commonly used than the other
