Portuguese term

sociedade simples pura

Portuguese to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Articles of Incorporation
Brazilian Portuguese: in the context of Articles of Incorporation. Company is transitioning from a "sociedade simples pura" (S/S) to a Limited Liability Company. I translated literally to "pure simple company", which to me makes perfect sense, but wanted a second opinion if anyone has come across this before. Thanks!

Previous answer in the glossary I saw that this had been answered before as Private Unlimited Company, but I am thinking that perhaps there is a different translation for this. (not necessarily a better translation, but a different one)

Sociedade simples é a nova nomenclatura da sociedade civil.

Note from asker:
Thank you for the response. I was unfamiliar with the term myself.
