I'm unsure, outisde of a company balance sheet, whether shareholders' funds would be used in this context.

Yes, invested is less journalistic. In fact, 'vest' (property etc. in a party) is one of my stock translations for aportar (POR/ESP> ENG).

Thank you for your response. However, my question concerns more the term "aportado". I like the term "injected" but I am not sure if the meaning is the same. Do you think it can be "invested", for example? |
