I am trying to translate a handwritten Brazilian Birth Certificate and this woman's handwriting is a nightmare from hell. I can not fuigure out what this word is. It reads Oficial _______________ do Registro Civil. It looks like "situdor" or "situlor"......

Or, depending on the context, registrar, clerk, minister, etc. ... In this case I'd use "registrar" if he is the "oficial" of the Registro Civil ... ACREDITO QUE PODERÁ USAR PARA OFICIAL TITULAR "CIVIL REGISTRY OFFICER" ...
