Włosy: bląd [sic]), w punkcie NOS pojawiają się następujące opcje (właściwe podkreślić): (mały, średni, duży, gruby, wąski, szeroki, (....) koniec nosa tępy, spiczasty, rozdwojony). gdzieś to musi być, wygląda na polską wersję formularza Interpolu czy czegoś podobnego, ale nic nie znalazłem.

the Polish word 'rozdwojony' almost sounds as if the nose tip is split, i.e. cleft, but indentation is more subtle, without there necessarily being a medical condition present (eg as in cleft palate syndrome).

tutaj jest opis bifid nose :( z linku med.)
The presentation of a bifid nose ranges from a minimally noticeable midline nasal tip central groove to a complete clefting of the osteocartilaginous framework, resulting in 2 complete half noses.
Także to ekstremum "minimally noticeable midline nasal tip groove/ (furrow )" będzie tak naprawdę defektem kosmetycznym , a nie patologią utrudniajacą np. odychanie itp.
Na dowód zajrzyj poniżej , trzeci przypadek, strona chirurgii plastycznej, nie ogólnej.
