with parenchymal opacities

dosł.: increased parenchymal pulmonary structure (słownikowo: stromal structure)
Nie znam się na szczegółach oceny płuc w RTG, ale:
1. Zrąb płuc = stroma of the lungs = łącznotkankowe rusztowanie płuc w którym znajdują się naczynia i oskrzela/oskrzeliki. ZTCW w obrazie RTG opisuje się m.in. nast. struktury: "całości" płuc: zrąb/miąższ/śródmiąższ, rysunek naczyniowy, (duże) drogi oddechowe, opłucna.
3. Właściwie niemal zawsze spotyka się opisy zmian płucnych o typie pulmonary parenchymal (pulmonary stromal brzmi zupełnie sztucznie w odniesieniu do RTG) stąd propozycja j.w.

intensified lung margins

OK, I'm guessing, but probably don't have enough space to make this a note, hence the use of the answer field. If you look at: http://www.kurnik.pl/slownik/sp.phtml?sl=zrb
zręb is defined as: dawniej: zrąb; 1. szkielet, wiązanie budowli; ściana domu z okrąglaków; 2. przen. podstawa, zarys czegoś; 3. brzeg, krawędź, boczna powierzchnia czegoś; 4. wyrąb drzew; poręba

Taking "margin" as a potential term in our context, googling on "lung margin", "lung margins", "pulmonary margin", "pulmonary margins" gives about 1000 hits, with lung being far more frequent than pulmonary. However, I cannot find anything of relevance if I add terms such as: increased, intensified, pronouced, etc.

I'm not actually arguing with Polangmar, and am not submitting this as an answer as such. I merely wanted to draw attention to the fact that "lung margins" may be a relevant term, depending on the context.

I was merely giving a possibility, being aware of the concept of lung margins being one of the major landmarks of a chest x-ray and noting that the Polish term used can have the meaning: margin. I also made it totally clear that I was NOT suggesting an authoritative answer and only used the answer field because there was not enough space in the comment field. I placed the confidence level at the lowest possible, and would even have preferred to leave it out completely. I was certainly not touting for points. If you look at my record you will see that I only involve myself in Kudoz on rare occasions, so certainly do not see point collection as a matter of importance.

I was trying to be helpful. In the same way people have tried to help with some of my queries here and have sometimes come out with totally way-off solutions. Unlike Mr Berski, however, I recognise that this is done with good will and would not dream of commenting in such a discourteous manner as above.
