The original text has its own rhythm and cadence and carefully chosen words. They are echoed by the International Labour Organization's description of employment relationship. The relationship envisioned here is a present-day reality - ma charakter płatny - not a future possibility.

Bardzo dziękuję za podpowiedź. Co do pomyłki z "płatny" - to ja się rozpędziłam. W umowie jest poprawnie :)

Zwróć uwagę klienta na ten fragment, bo ewidentnie z rozpędu ktoś się pomylił i napisał „płatny” zamiast „pracy” — to się zdarza, kiedy się szybko myśli, a palce zostają trochę w tyle. Albo nawet „is”, bez subjunctive'u.

To nie jest suchy termin, a raczej fraza opisowa, więc na angielski możesz to przetłumaczyć np. tak: „The relationship contemplated herein shall be one of the nature of paid employment”.
