There are two types of Lasting Power of Attorney:
A Lasting Power of Attorney for Property and Financial Affairs: This allows you to appoint an Attorney to act on your behalf and make decisions about your property and financial affairs, if you are unable to make decisions for yourself. This can include running your bank accounts and savings accounts, decisions about making or selling investments and selling property. (...)
