| Rzeczywiście to jest oficjalny odpowiednik pożyczki właścicielskiej i dlatego wybieram tę odpowiedź; po konsultacjach ze specjalistą w tej dziedzinie dowiedziałam się, że w kontekście zrozumiane zostałoby zarowno "shareholder loan", jak i "owner's loan" - problem z "shareholder loan" jest taki, że bywa mylnie interpretowane ("Sometimes, shareholder loan is confused with a loan from company to shareholders"), ale jest własciwszym odpowiednikiem. |
