Kuba is probably right, E472e is also known as DATEM- Mono and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono - and diglycerides of fatty acids.
However, there is also e472a which is Acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. Which is a more literal translation, but it is not usually added to bread, whereas e472e is, so I suspect it is a typo.
