Greetings,
I'm interested in this proverb:
کار امروز به فردا افکندن از کاهلي تن است
I'm trying to translate it:
To postpone a job till tomorrow is the body (?) of laziness.
How should I translate the word تَن here, please? Is there a kasre before this word i.e. at the end of کاهلي?
Best wishes, and many thanks,
Simon

Sorry, the phrase "is the cause of" is not appropriate hear. Instead you can use "is caused by".
To postpone a job till tomorrow is caused by inaction/indolence/laziness.
