: Agree with the first sentence but need "kah" because it is a question. So, it should be "Bolehkah awak berbahasa Melayu?"

: This is a Malay>English question. Also 'adakah awak berbahasa Melayu' is wrong - this back-translates into 'Do you have the Malay language?' (as in 'adakah awak beristeri dua?')

: Another way of saying it is "Do you speak Malay?" and I think the right translation for "Adakah awak berbahasa Melayu?" is "Are you speaking Malay?"
