The text is an outline of a new anti-fungal (ringworm, athlete's foot) ointment. The expression 体部生毛部 or (生毛部水虫) appears several times but I am not sure how to translate 生毛部. Thanks!

glabrous skin
生毛部白癬: trichophytia of the glabrous skin
生毛部水虫: ringworm of the glabrous skin
体部生毛部: the glabrous skin of the body
just an idea.

Hi Mairi-san, I also thought 生毛部 would be the areas of skin without hair, but 生毛 (or 産毛/うぶげ) is actually more like an area of skin with tiny hair, which is differentiated from other obvious thick hair such as eyebrow, (thick) leg hair and etc.

And, glabrous skin includes area of skin with "tiny" hair.

Eventually, there's no one who has an area of skin without hair - there's always very tiny hair, which we cannot obviously see, over the body. So, "glabrous skin" just differentiates from other area of skin with aforementioned thick hair.

Note from asker:
Glabrous skin is an area without hair (無毛皮膚) but I thought that 生毛部meant an area with hair. Am I wrong? |

tinea capitis
This is equal to "ringworm of the hair". It is found in man's beard, in the groin, between the toes, etc. according to website. This is caused by Trichophyton violaceum (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24752787).

As I wrote above, "tinea capitis" does not limit to the "head".

Note from asker:
I think tinea capitis is limited to the head as it is also called "ringworm of the scalp". The latin "capitis" refers to the head region. |

somatic vellus hair (tinea infections of vellus hair)
So, I would translate it as "somatic vellus hair (tinea infections of vellus hair)". I am not native English speaker, so maybe you can make it more natural expression.
It seems it is bodily vellus hairs are infected with tinea pedis.
Is it matching to your context?

Since it is tinea infection of vellus, not foot (maybe?) it is not exactly "tinea pedis" but 白癬(tinea) infection of 生毛(vellus).
