Japanese term
題号
Japanese to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
This is from a copyright agreement, the sentence is
本著作物の内容、あるいは表現またはその書名・題号に変更を加える場合は・・・
As far as I can tell, 題号 means the title of the work, but I don't really understand how it is different from 書名 - is it referring to the tagline below the title of the book?

「題号」 is a legal term for 「題」, and both are interchangeable if not in a legal context (obviously you are dealing with a legal document).
