Kyô mo mata shigoto de isogashiku narimasu.

"shigoto de" could possibly mean "at work" as in "at the office". But in general it would mean "with work" as in "my work will keep me busy".

Actually, you could also write this sentence as

Kyo wa mata shigoto de isogashiku narimasu

which is maybe what the author meant to write.
