I am seeking equivalent terms for 夜明け in the Japanese language. In the sense of the words meaning being related to nature, beauty and also as its use as a distinguishing name for a special class of destroyers for the Japanese Navy.

I think both are beautiful words, although how these can fit the degree of mysicalness you are looking, I cannot guarantee.
Just a thought -- Dawn or daybreak is a time of movements, thus associated with natural power.

To be honest, and after choice was made, I still don't understand what you are asking.
If you want Japanese words written in the alphabet, counter part of my answer would be: Yoake, Akegata, Akatsuki, Shira-shira Ake, etc. The last one is very archaic.
