It's stating that this restaurant has not stars on restaurant guides (e.g. Michelin) of any sort (be them big or small :).
You could just say:

or something along those lines :)

quello che viene suggerito è che mentre gli altri ristoranti pensano a ottenere riconoscimenti di ogni genere e magari di dubbia validità, con nomi spesso anche un po' ridicoli (stelline, stellette, i gamberi di Michael che in effetti ci stanno bene... e chissà che altro...), questo ristorante non bada a certe sciocchezze ma alla sostanza, alla qualità vera.
