From a text presenting a fashion accessories manufacturer: '...etichette a cartellini, da patch a targhette, da etichette retrocinta arrivando fino al packaging...'

I think this retrocinta refers to the label on the back of a pair of jeans, under the belt. Would it simply be called a jeans label, as here: http://www.texon.com/apparelaccessories/jeanslabel.htm

or is there another, more specific name for it?
