This is from a brief description of a designer's line of unisex jeans/slacks. Speaking of the nature of the "public" who would be interested in their product, they list several characteristics, finishing with the claim that their idea customer wants to be a little daring but never vulgar, e quindi:
"largo alla cura maniacale per tutto ciò che non si vede,"
finishing with a description of the "unseen" features (reinforced stitching, natural dyes, etc.) that make their products stand out.
So, it's (more or less) clear what they're getting at, but I'm not having much luck coming up with a way to put this into English that doesn't sound like baby talk.

This is the way I would say it..the only other things that come to mind are particular, fussy, obsessive, but they may have derogatory connotations, which in "customer service" is never a good thing.. :o)
