P.s. "non-conditioning support"? The idea is clear (that the sponsor has in no way influence the Event, a medical/scientific teaching course). But the phrase comes off funny in English, at least in my attempts. Nothing found online.
It's to go on the official material for the event, so I'm looking for something that sounds decent, official.

: I'm not sure about disinterested, because people might confuse it with uninterested. Unconditional would be fine too. Arm's length should be hyphenated.

I agree people might confuse it with uninterested, but it is used in this context in that way. "Unconditional" I think is subtly different - senza condizioni. There will be conditions, like name of sponsor on programmes, etc. This is about infuence.
