A kifejezés valószínűleg nem kifejezés, hanem megint egyszerűsítő összevonás. Ilyen módon előfordul sok felé a neten, bár nem csak. Az Orvosi szótár csak "laphámsejtes" alakot hoz, az "planocellular". A többi fordítói alkotókészség kérdése :) Remélem, használható, amit találtam.
