In many years I've never seen this "των πράξεων". Perhaps there is a local tendency to use this phrase.

Concerning "per atti", I'll ask a fellow-translator who translates Italian.

I still think that this is non-standard Greek, and quite unusual even if you add "εκ" ( http://tinyurl.com/qaxd8sy ). You can translate the examples as if "των πράξεων" was missing, using your favourite English linking verb, e.g. "drawn up by".
