I'm translating a photocopy of a marriage license. At the end there is an official stamp to say that the photocopy is a true copy of the original document. It is then signed by a court offical. After her name is "Justizobersekretaerin", for which I have the translation. But on the next line is "Justiz-ober-haupt-sekretaerin" (those hyphens are on the document, I didn't add them).

Da die Bindestriche im Original höchst ungewöhnlich sind, denke ich, dass anzukreuzen gewesen wäre, ob "haupt" oder "ober". Sie hat mit "Obersekretärin" unterzeichnet, daher wäre das "haupt" zu streichen gewesen.
