: Bei Stacking würde ich immer an die vertikale Komponente denken. Sicherlich ein wichtiger Teil, deckt aber mMn nicht den ganzen Begriff ab. Lasse mich aber gern eines Besseren belehren ;-)

Wenn ich mir den Satzteil "möglichst optimale Einstellung der Schlichtalgorithmen in Abwägung zwischen Paletten-Volumen und Filialanforderungen" betrachte, so habe ich den Eindruck, dass es nicht um Stapeln als solches geht und auch nicht um akkurates Ausrichten der Einzelpaletten, sondern um die richtigen Abmessungen für Verkaufsverpackungen, damit diese gut in die Ladenregale passen. Das wäre mit "sizing" oder "retail packaging" gut zu übersetzen.

Schlichten scheint also das Beladen/Packen der Palette zu sein. Es gibt auch Umschlichten, etc.
Ich würde etwas mit pallet packing algorithm probieren ...
