Personally, I like warehouse customer better - it's to the point, the customer who uses the warehouse. Whether he deposits stuff there or not is irrelevant, he may just reserving (renting) space for later...

If we are talking about a corporation then Jeannie’s definition above would be correct, but if we are talking about a person then ‘handler’ would be correct.

I know it sounds funny, but it is definitely used in the US. "depositor" seems to be more British. Also I immediately associated financial deposits with it, though it is definitely used for general storage as well.
If the storage is "self storage", also tenant is used.
