"Wir freuen uns, Ihnen aus unserem Hotelkontingent im Hotel XYZ Einzelzimmer zu einem Preis von XX,- Euro je Comfort Einzelzimmer/Nacht anbieten zu können."
This is from a trade fair website. I know that "Hotelkontingent" refers to a quota of rooms offered at a special rate for a certain number of trade fair visitors, but can't think of an upmarket way of putting it. The hotel in question is very posh and "quota" sounds very much the opposite.
Any ideas?

From the daily practice. One time I had to travel from Hendaye (Spanish border) to Paris. All of the reduced price 2nd class tickets allocated to the first available train had been sold - I would have to pay the full price or travel on a later one. But, there were still cheap tickets left from the 1st class allocation - and they cost a whole 2 Francs more than the full price 2nd class ticket! On to DB - do you remember the `Guten Abend´ ticket - DM 45 to anywhere in Germany between 19.00 and 02.00. Almost a 75 % saving on a ticket home from Hamburg! Then they became `kontingiert´, but not allocated to individual trains, for the whole network i.e. X Nr. available per day. If you didn´t buy your ticket well in advance you would almost certainly have to pay the full fare.

: DB notwithstanding, "from our room allocation in Hotel XY" sounds perfectly acceptable to me and less commercial than quota
