Mir will nichts einfallen; zumal ich schon mal nicht weiß, was ein "kleiner" Luxus überhaupt sein soll. Der Rest des Textes ist auch nicht aufschlussreich. Nach den Willkommenssätzen folgt eine Beschreibung des (nicht überdurchschnittlichen) Angebots.

I don't think you need to make a great distinction between "der kleine Luxus" and "der ganz normale Luxus".
As the title, I'd put "Everyone deserves a little luxury" and then just translate "der kleine Luxus" as "luxury" in the second sentence.

: I would see "everyday luxuries" as being things like a bar of chocolate or a relaxing bath - not things you go to a hotel for. And I would leave out the "the" on both of your suggestions
