This is also called a Marstalschoner. I have been using the word "schooner", and was wondering if there's any sailors out there who could give me an alternative as my Google search has been frustrating. I can't give more context and since it's a noun there's really nothing to interpret. She has two masts and three jib sails - I hope that's right - the sails in front without a mast.

It seems like "schooner" is probably the best bet, but how does "tall ship" come over - isn't it a bit generic?
