Dear US-English experts!! This is for a glossary in economic promotion brochure. I need "Baugemeinschaft"; the next entry is "Baugenossenschaft = Cooperative housing corporation".
At first I put "joint-ownership condominium", to differentiate from a normal condo, where everyone owns their own unit, but probably not the ground it stands on - right?
