Normalerweise nehme ich ja journeyman's examination certificate, aber hier handelt es sich um eine Friseurin. Professional Training Examination Certificate scheint mir nicht ganz richtig, das kann sich ja auch nur auf den Berufsschulabschluss beziehen (den ich auch übersetze). Wie unterscheidet man da zu Gesellin?

trainee hairdresser's certificate
The qualification in English would certainly need to include the area of specialistion (hairdresser) somewhere in it. The 'apprentices' in hairdressing salons are generally referred to as 'trainees'
