In English, all professors are also doctors (as far as I know) so leave out the redundant Dr.. Instead of translating Ministerum für blah blah, put in her title as Minister of blah, blah.

just 'chair' is fine. If she is a minister now, she must be retired as a professor. Usually they add the ressort she is leading (minister of the interior etc)
