street address or delivery address
I happen to live in one of the very few areas of the United States that does not have home mail delivery, i.e. we must go to the post office to pick up our mail. Thus I'm all too familiar with the destinction between street address (sometimes also referred to as delivery address) and mailing address. Our local Post Office (which returns first class mail addressed to the street address to the sender, no questions asked) and courier services such as UPS and FedEx use the term "street address".

Further to my previous answer: the county (property tax roll) uses "property address", and county agencies such as fire, sheriff, etc., use the term "physical address".
