Hi again,
This is actually from a professional reference, one paragraph of which describes this man's duties. He worked on research into Parkinson's disease. I am not sure WHAT exactly the follow sentence means - I know that spinal fluid is being extracted from a cat which has been given doses of MPTP, which I believe is an ecstasy substitute...can someone with a bit more medical knowledge help me out with this sentence please?
