I'll be honest. This report has no punctuation and is wirttent mostly in abbreviation so my brain must be fried. :-) I am not sure what EST konk. is referring to. I was reading here: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Konkordanz_(Medizin) and thought maybe EST might have something to do with the ST segment, or STEMI, but I am pretty lost.

I think EST is an abbreviation of the output of a medical diagnostic equipment Elektronenstrahlungtomographie. When compared with reference images and found to agree then the term konkordanz is written meaning in agreement (uebereinstimmt), perhaps abbreviated as konk.

In cardiac diagnosis, the ECG results may have to be supplemented by other diagnostic method such as stress test (treadmill), Echo, EBT or catheterization producing cardiac images which give more information about the condition of the heart if invasive or non-invasive treatment must be performed.
