Hatte vorher keine Zeit zum Recherchieren. Secretions scheint eher bei Absonderungen aus der Nasen- und Lungenschleimhaut verwendet zu werden, "exudate" scheint bei Wundsekret passend zu sein.

Danke Anne, dass du meine Interpretation stützt. Ich bin aber nicht sicher, ob secretions hier das optimale englische Wort für Wundsekret ist. Falls du (oder jemand anderes) sich im Englischen sicherer ist, bitte Antwort einstellen.
