German term

Anmeldebücher

German to English Medical Medical (general) Medical Education
In a German form, "Gesuch um Zulassung zur ärztlichen Prüfung", there is a list of Vorlesungen that the candidate has attended and in margin next to these courses it is written: "In den Anmeldebüchern unterstrichen".

I am just wondering how to translate this term in this context into the U.S. English equivalent. Help with translating this word and-or whole phrase appreciated.

Thanks!
