German term

Dg 1

German to English Medical Medical (general)
Bullet point in Swiss medical report under the heading:
"Mittelgradige Niereninsuffizient mit Kreatininclearance von.xxx."
then
-"DD i.R. Dg 1, hypertensiv"

DD= differential diagnosis; i.R. = in der Regal (??); for Dg thought of "Digit", but doesn't really fit here.
Thanks in advance for your input!

@Susanne post your response, sounds good to me
Susanne Schiewe Jan 3, 2010:
im Rahmen (von)? (bezogen auf die Einzeldiagnosen?)
Jonathan MacKerron (asker) Jan 3, 2010:
im Referenz (zur/auf) ???
BrigitteHilgner Jan 3, 2010:
diabetes? I don't know the acronym - but given the context I am thinking about diabetes (type 1).
Jonathan MacKerron (asker) Jan 3, 2010:
more info just realized that this entry is the 5th diagnosis in a list of 9 diagnoses, so perhaps the "Dg 1" simply denotes "Diagnosis 1", but then what would "i.R." mean here?? By the way diagnosis 1 is "multiple myeloma IgG Kappa"

Proposed translations

German term (edited): Dg 1 = Diagnose 1
