Discussion
Er spricht für eine Lungenembolie, ist aber weder besonders sensitiv noch besonders spezifisch. Ich habe aber schon ein paar Lungenembolien gesehen, die tatsächlich über den SIQIII-Typ diagnostiziert wurden (bzw. wo aufgrund des EKGs dieser Verdacht geäußert wurde bei Thoraxschmerzen).
