German term

Grünschnitt

German to English Tech/Engineering Mechanics / Mech Engineering Shredder - Gartenhäcksler
Also damit ist nicht nur Gras gemeint, sondern auch belaubte Äste etc., alles was der Shredder häckseln kann.

I thought of cut greens? But at least for Americans this might imply veggies, I think....

trimmed foliage

perhaps - to avoid having to say "trees and shrubs"?

yard debris

How it's called in the US.

"WHAT IS THE DEFINITION OF YARD DEBRIS?
Yard debris consists of limbs, grass and shrubbery clippings, leaves, and all vegetation from lawns and gardens."
Peer comment(s):

neutral yieto : The term "yard waste" is way more common here in the U.S. (1.2 million hits v. 175,000). It's the term governments use, and one of the largest subcontractors for pickup is called "Yard Waste Management, Inc."

I don't care for Google here. I have 7000 square feet of yard space and the landscapers, the authorities and I call it yard debris.
