German term

Gurte aus Vollholz

German to English Tech/Engineering Materials (Plastics, Ceramics, etc.)

straps made from solid wood

For the ribs, solid wood of at least the sorting class S10 is to be used. Beams with ***straps made from solid wood*** ** may also be used, provided the stiffening of the beams through the planking and sustainability of the table can be more accurately / precisely demonstrated.

disagree Kim Metzger : "Straps" doesn't make sense and isn't what is meant by Gurt.

solid-wood webs

Your "Gurt" is part of a Profilträger, that's the web. The other two parts, for instance of an I-joist, are called flanges.
