German term

Griptütchen

German to English Law/Patents Materials (Plastics, Ceramics, etc.) narcotics
I found a picture of the things (and also a picture of a nice looking young lady) here:

But I've never seen these pouches before. Is there a standard English term?

Es unterliegen der Einziehung gemäß § 33 Abs. 2 BtMG (German Narcotics Law):

2 Tabakpäckchen mit insgesamt 9.7 g Marihuana in 7 Päckchen.
1 Griptütchen mit 1,7 g Marihuana

resealable plastic bags

This is what they are - little ziploc-like bags - not the big foil things in your picture. Something like this: https://ssl.kundenserver.de/www.grow-hannover.de/sess/utn;js...

Judging from the quantity (1/16 of an ounce), I'd say it used to be called a "dime bag", but you never know with inflation nowadays...

Just found this: https://www.leafman.nl/popup_image.php?pID=2438&osCsid=a...f...
where they're called "gripbags". I think "grip bags" should work for your purposes.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks once again, Mr. Hedgehog. It turns out I needed the BE term and grip seal bag seemed like a good choice. The AE term would be zipper bag."
