German term

wertgesicherte Fonds

German to English Bus/Financial Investment / Securities
One in a list of different types of fund, e.g. Aktienfonds, Rentenfonds, Mischfonds, Geldmarktfonds, etc.

No other context I'm afraid.

Could it be a secured fund?

capital-protected funds/capital protection funds

Known more commonly in German as "Wertsicherungsfonds", a form of Garantiefonds.

See e.g.:
http://www.trustnet.com/ut/funds/?fund=5266

or for a German site with reasonable English:
http://www.allianzglobalinvestors.de/ueber_uns/press/release...

You'll also see "capital guarantee funds", basically the same thing.
