German term
Verwaltungsreglements
German to English
Bus/Financial
Investment / Securities
The meaning is clear here but am looking for the most idiomatic option. The original translation (this is editing) states 'management regulations'. Any other bright ideas to improve on this? Regulations implies externally imposed rules but aren't these internal procedures? Management procedures?

I have a client that uses "mangement rules" for this term. Not pretty I admit but that's what they want.
But since you also have Verwaltungsgesellschaft in your sentence, you could probably reword a bit and use "comply with statutory provisions and the management company's internal rules" to get around my ugly suggestion
