Allfällige mit Softwareerzeugnissen in Papierform oder digitaler Form mitgelieferte Geschäftsbedingungen des Verkäufers gelten mangels einer vorherigen besonderen schriftlichen Anerkennung von uns insbesondere auch dann nicht, wenn von uns oder uns zurechenbaren Dritten ein darin vorgesehenes vertragsbegründendes Verhalten gesetzt wird oder allenfalls mitgelieferte Registrierungs- oder sonstige Karten an den Verkäufer eingesandt werden.
