German term

Beschraenkungen...

German to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
I was needing help with the exact wording of this entire title. It has to deal with ability-to-pay issues in a Leasing Agreement in respect to dollar issues.

"Beschraenkungen hinsichtlich des Dollars"

Thanks.

restrictions (also important: which dollar currency?)

"restrictions in regards to XYZ dollars"

or

"restrictions in regards to XYZ dollar exchange rate" (if that is the primary concern)

Also, keep in mind that there's a variety of dollar currencies out there, including the US Dollar, the Canadian Dollar, the Hongkong Dollar, and so on. To avoid misinterpretation of and/or legal challenges to the material you are translating, you might want to exactly specify the currency in question.

limitations regarding US dollars

If it is an agreement (contract), then I feel "limitations" is much more appropriate. Also "limitations regarding US dollars" just reads smoother...
