collateral here would be the assignment itself, what i need is the translation of the assignment (collateral) object, being the "Bestandsforderungen". as far as i know, this wording exist in Austrian rather than German language sphere

is how I would understand it: "die Forderungen im Bestand".
But as opposed to what, I'm not sure.

Is what you describe, but I am not sure if that would be a Bestands....,
more of a Bürgschaft
