In a doc. about the various divisions of a company, there are machine tools, various kinds of lasers, etc. Then comes "Beschrifter." It goes on to say that 500 lasers were sold in one year.

The directindustry site has German and English pages, and one of them says "Laser marking systems" on the English page and Laser-Beschrifter on the corresponding German page. You need to click through categories of devices from the start page to get there - it doesn't have its own URL.
