I would say "order scheduling" is fine in this context but maybe "order allocation" would work

PowerMax Scheduler provides work order scheduling facilities for cmms systems including Maximo.

The application allows the User to, very simply, assemble one or a series of work schedules for individual dates, events and/or working groups with each schedule able to contain an unlimited number of Work Orders. The Work Order selection facility allows the User to locate required Work Orders using a number of selection criteria. Additional features of the PowerMax product are the ability to modify schedules by adding or removing Work Orders plus the ability to print hard copy versions of the schedule with or without their accompanying Work Orders.

PowerMax Scheduler works on the assumption that work often spans more than one working day or shift. It also assumes that work orders may need to be allocated to more than one date at a time.
